EPBD Trialogues: Metals for Buildings position paper

We welcome the EU Parliament proposal to consider the benefits from reuse and recycling at the end-of-life within the definition of “whole life cycle greenhouse gas emission” (Art 2.23). It supports the idea that products used today should not be the waste of tomorrow. We call on the co-legislator to adopt this proposal into the final text.
